Terms of Sale & Research-Use-Only Declaration

RESEARCH USE ONLY. All products sold by REVIVE LAB are intended strictly for laboratory research, in vitro testing, and reference standards. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products. They are not for human or animal consumption. By placing an order you confirm you understand and accept this.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Buyer", "you") and REVIVE LAB ("we", "us"). By placing an order at revivelab.ae you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Buyer warranties

By placing an order, you warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer with a legitimate research purpose.
You are ordering on behalf of, or for use within, a lawful research, academic, or laboratory context.
You will not use, administer, or distribute the products for human or veterinary consumption, nor make any therapeutic, medical, performance, cosmetic, or wellness claims regarding them.
You will store, handle, and dispose of the products in compliance with applicable safety and biosafety standards.
You will comply with all UAE federal, emirate, and local laws and regulations applicable to the possession and use of research peptides.

2. Products

Product names, strengths, descriptions, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided in good faith. Specifications may vary by batch; the COA for the lot you receive is authoritative. Images are for illustration only.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.
Payment is on Cash on Delivery (COD). The Buyer must pay the courier in full upon receipt; partial payment is not accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, suspected non-research intent, fraudulent contact details, or stock unavailability.
Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery is across the UAE only. Standard delivery fee is AED 40 flat; orders over AED 700 ship free.
Estimated delivery is within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to courier availability and the deliverability of the address you provide.
Buyer is responsible for being available at the provided address and phone number during delivery. Failed deliveries due to inaccurate contact details or non-availability may be re-attempted at the Buyer's cost.

5. Inspection, returns & refunds

You must inspect the order at the time of delivery and refuse it if items are damaged, sealed seals are broken, or items are incorrect.
Once accepted from the courier, items are considered delivered as ordered. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's-remorse or change-of-mind, due to the controlled nature of research-grade materials.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item that was not refused at delivery, contact us within 24 hours at info@revivelab.ae with photographs. We will assess the case in good faith and, where appropriate, replace the item at our cost.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, REVIVE LAB's total liability arising out of or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from use of products outside their stated research-only purpose.

Misuse of the products — including any human or veterinary use, administration, ingestion, injection, topical application, or distribution — is solely the responsibility of the Buyer, and the Buyer indemnifies and holds REVIVE LAB harmless against any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from such misuse.

7. Intellectual property

All content on revivelab.ae — including the REVIVE LAB name, logo, vial designs, product photography, and written content — is the property of REVIVE LAB and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

9. Updates

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
